Conill took home two bronze pencils at the 43rd Annual One Show Awards, together with three Merit awards. The ceremony was held on Wednesday 11 in New York. The {Más que un auto;www.produ.com/publicidad/videos/index.html?Noti=9517} (More Than a Car) campaign for Toyota earned two bronze Pencils and two Merit Awards in the Print & Outdoor and Direct categories. TheSmiles campaign for Procter & Gamble’s Crest won a Merit Award in the Print & Outdoor category. “Being recognized with five awards among a field of over 20,000 entries from the best agencies and marketers in the world is incredibly humbling” said Conill’s Executive Creative Director, Diego Yurkievich. “More importantly than the creative accolades, both of these campaigns made a big impact in the marketplace. I couldn’t be prouder of our people.” Toyota’s Más que un auto campaign empowers Latino owners to celebrate and express their car-love connection by ordering a personalized vehicle badge and sharing the story behind their car’s nickname at the projects {web site;www.masqueunauto.com}. To date, the campaign has delivered over 150,000 badges to consumers. This is the most awarded Hispanic campaign in the history of Toyota and Conill. The next phase of the effort is now underway and will feature the most interesting consumer stories in a collector’s item book, which will be available late this year.
