Dávila anunció la creación de The Alliance for Inclusive & Multicultural Marketing

The second day of ANA’s Multicultural Marketing conference began with Gilbert Dávila announcing the creation of a new association: The Alliance for Inclusive & Multicultural Marketing (AIMM), together with words from ANA’s CEO Bob Liodice. “We think that is necessary to create a powerful multicultural marketing ecosystem with a common agenda, focus on more inclusion and diversity, and we can’t do it without a good leadership effort that take us to the future” Liodice said. “It will align different voices of the multicultural industry and it will offer strategies, research about our industry’s evolution, and will settle the issues and opportunities that we face. We want to build a community of multicultural experts.” Gilbert Dávila, Chairman of ANA’s Multicultural Market Board, was grateful about this alliance. “I can’t explain how excited and happy I am to be part of this organization. We’ll be the leading voice of the industry’s multicultural marketing and diversity. We’ll improve the conversation so budgets match growth and the business opportunity that the multicultural market represents. In 2017 we will be sharing a survey to know about the state of the industry” he said. For AIMM it’s important to offer clarity and direction when several agencies are planning to implement the total market strategy. “Nowadays each executive should be multicultural. The visionaries that will be successful in the future are the ones that respect a U.S. that is in a metamorphosis and totally multicultural” Dávila concluded.
