The California Milk Processor Board (CMPB), the creator of the campaign got milk? and Drink milk, is partnering with 15 school districts in California to present its seventh annual Breakfast Challenge, in order to start the new school year and remind students to be energized with the most important meal of the day.The Breakfast Challenge, which takes place between August and October, encourages students to have breakfast with milk at school every day through a friendly competition among several school districts. The school in each district with the largest increase in breakfast participation will make US$3.000 for student activities.This year, got milk? has included another opportunity for California teens aged 13 to 18, allowing them to participate in the Breakfast Challenge through social media. Got milk? wants students to post photos of their breakfast with milk on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and include the hashtag #gotmilkinmybreakfast.At the end of the contest, three winners with the most “likes” from all the photos on the Facebook page of the contest will be selected. The grand prize winner will receive $ 1,000 and the winners of the second and third place will receive a gift card from a store worth $200.
