Hispanicize 2017 and PRWeek Unveiled Multicultural Marketing Agenda

The 1st Annual Hispanicize CMO Summit will feature a full day of sessions with CMOs and Senior Multicultural Marketing Executives from Pepsico, DishLATINO, NASA, Carnival Corporation, Prudential, Cicis, Wells Fargo, United Airlines, the Atlanta Hawks, HACR, and more, according to an announcement made by 2017 Hispanicize event organizers and PRWeek last week. The summit will be chaired by UNICEF’s Claudia González Romo. “Our summit spotlights the solid business cases for Hispanic and multicultural marketing segmentation and how Total Market is now being successfully redefined – Hispanicize calls it Total Market Evolved – to re-incorporate Hispanic Market strategies and executions” said Manny Ruiz, CEO at the Hispanicize Media Group. Richard Edelman, President and CEO at Edelman, and one of the marketing industry’s most respected leaders and head of the world’s largest PR firm, will be discussing the findings of this year’s Trust Barometer study, that explores the opportunities for business to lead and earn trust in an era of populism, the state of Trust among U.S. Hispanics and why a majority of people in the region believe the system is failing them. Joining Edelman as a second keynote is NASA virtual reality Pioneer Evelyn Miralles, Principal Engineer and Lead VR Innovator for NASA’s Virtual Reality Laboratory (VRLab). Other summit speakers includes Richard Montanez, Director of Multicultural Sales and Marketing, North America at Pepsico; Alfredo Rodríguez, VP Marketing at DishLATINO; Sarah McAloon, CMO at Cici’s Pizza; Ken Jones, VP of Corporate Marketing at Carnival Corporation; Nydia Sahagun, SVP of Segment Marketing at Wells Fargo; Steve Barrett, Editorial Director at PRWeek; Melissa Proctor, CMO at Atlanta Hawks; Jonathan Guerín, Senior PR Manager at United Airlines; Cid Wilson, President/CEO, Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility, among others.
