The Ex Awards reward the best experiential marketing campaigns in different categories. This year, the agency LatinWorks received the accolade for Best Activation of a Cause, thanks to the concert they organized with Domino´s for deaf people. The experience is called Vibes and is developed as a Night to Feel the Music. The Ex Awards were born in the aim to prove to the industry the importance of experience programs and how valuable live events can be. In this case, Domino´s, a brand committed with technology and with the community decided to approach deaf people or those with difficulty to listen to music. Thanks to the effort of LatinWorks, they conceptualized an immersive and multi-sensory concert for the community of deaf people in Austin, in the framework of the city´s annual music festival. They incorporated devices for people to feel the vibrations and dynamic lights synchronized with the music.”This award is very important for LatinWorks, since it was voted by first-line company marketers and because in Experiential is where brands and consumers connect in a total manner”, commented Norby Zylberberg, SVP and Creative Director at LatinWorks. “The agency´s team worked tirelessly, experimented with techniques to make it relevant and the community enjoyed something they had never lived before. Domino´s supported us, even knowing that the results were uncertain. To be awarded in an event in which awards were given to projects from companies such as Google, Under Armor or SAP, is a complete success”.
