The Covid pandemic forced production companies to find new ways to work, create and produce, but the industry refused to give up. In an overall view of 2020, Mari Tato, integrated executive producer at In & Out Productions, recalled that the shoots continued but with the addition of biosafety protocols. “As soon as we moved in our new offices at 7251 NW 2nd Avenue, Suite 105, Miami, FL 33138, when the pandemic broke out and we all had to go home. Yes, from the beginning of June we didn’t stop through the end of December,” she said. With the possibility of filming wherever its directors were located, the production company was able to shoot its commercials in Miami, Orlando, New York, Mexico and elsewhere. In & Out wrapped up its work for 2020 in Miami with a Ford spot directed by Daniel Azancot. “It was a great year for us and we are grateful that we had local partners,” Tato said.
