Wing/Grey NY shined in 2014 El Sol Festival

Wing/Grey NY continues winning awards in 2014, after the four prizes obtained in the USH Idea Awards and two of the prizes won in FIAP’s last edition, they hav added two more of El Sol Festival, held in Bilbao, recently.The winning pieces were The Appstrip by Ximo, with a silver award in the Best use of media on Internet/Mobile category, and Removal happens for Law Offices of Esteban Gergely that received a bronze award in the Digital category. “Removal happens has had success in all the festivals. The Appstrip by Ximo made its debut in El Sol and had an important award. They are small clients but they bring us great happiness,” Favio Ucedo, Wing/Grey NY’s CCO, said.The Appstrip by Ximo promotes the comics of an illustrator in a unique way, never seen before, using apps for smartphones and transforming them into media. On its behalf, Removal happens shows what happens when a couple gets divorced in this time of social media, when users eliminate the evidence of happiness in their past relationships. Created for Law Offices of Esteban Gergely, this campaign looks for impressing users who initially are searching for private videos of famous couples that are now divorced.
