A+E Networks: We sold Hernán, Jesús, and Rutas mortales to Telemundo Puerto Rico

The most recent sales made by A+E Networks in Latin America include Acusado: Culpado ou Inocente? to SBT of Brazil; Alienígenas ancestrales to TV Azteca as well as the series Hernán, Jesús and Rutas Mortales (Ice road truckers) to Telemundo Puerto Rico.
“We’ve had a lot of interest in true crime stories like Los Acusados,” said Helen Jurado, VP of International Content Sales for Latin America and the US Hispanic at A+E Networks Global Content Sales.

She reported that Alienígenas Ancestrales sell very well. “It is one of the most-watched programs in the US. They are unit chapters that the programmer can place on the grid when he wants and where he wants, they captivate the imagination,” she highlighted.
She added that they sold Univision, La Biblia, and a package of Lifetime movies.

“With Telemundo Network, we have two highly productive shows, Mega Disaster and Shockwave. We are already on the third renovation. They schedule it on weekends. The unitarians have always moved well. People can place them anywhere on the screen,” she said.
Among the programs, they are currently promoting are Reyes del Dolor (Kings of pain), Top dog (a version of American Ninja for dogs); and the Latin American version of Unexplained with John Leguizamo.

“Before the pandemic, films were the most sold format; during the pandemic, the interest in our franchises rebounded, including El Precio de la Historia, Desafío Sobre Fuego, ¿Quién da más? which are unitarians and have an element of drama and emotion,” Jurado said.
In movies, they are offering Torn From her Arms and Feliz NaviDad with Mario López.
