Univision Communications Inc., announced that after an incredible run of more than 20 years, Cristina Saralegui’s El show de Cristina will be coming to an end. The Univisión Network will air the finale of El show de Cristina on Monday, November 1, beginning the all-important November sweeps period. After the show’s finale, Cristina will continue to be an active member of the Univision family, hosting future specials.César Conde, president of the Univisión Networks commented: “Cristina has been an inspirational and powerful force in the television industry throughout her career and her celebrated show has been one of the most beloved and popular programs in Spanish-language television history.”
