After its most recent success on U.S. TV screens, starting July 18 at 9pm, the shocking story of The Dark Widow will have a special 2 hour premiere on WAPA TV. A co-production of Televisa and Caracol TV Internacional and produced by RTI, Puerto Rican audiences will be able to enjoy this mega series every Friday night. This production tells the story of Griselda Blanco, also known as The Dark Widow or the “The Godmother,” a woman who started in the dark world of drug trafficking when she was just a teenager, becoming a professional thief at only 11 years old. Filmed in Colombia, Mexico and the United States The Dark Widow is led by the great actress Ana Serradilla and features a stellar cast of Colombian and Mexican actors.
