CBeebies joins Verizons FiOS TV channel lineup

BBC Worldwide Channels announced the launch of its Spanish-language preschool channel, CBeebies, on Verizon FiOS TV. Now available on FiOS TV Channel #1727, the BBCs educational childrens channel will expand FiOS TV’s extensive Spanish-language offerings, which currently include 45 of the most popular channels available. CBeebies is now available in all FiOS TV markets in the La Conexion and Spanish Language packages and will be in FiOS TVs video-on-demand offering in November. We are pleased to provide Verizons Spanish-speaking audiences with a unique and highly-entertaining educational offer, which helps children assimilate knowledge through play in a fun, safe and interactive environment, said Jessica Rodríguez, SVP and general manager of BBC Worldwide Channels Latin America/US Hispanic.
