Entrelíneas: Televisa’s Pasión y Poder is a very ambitious story we will launch on October 5th

A few weeks after opening the offices of their production company Entrelíneas, José Alberto Castro, producer and executive director, assured they have already placed some projects on TV with Televisa and are closing alliances with film production companies. Also, he announced details of their new telenovela Pasión y Poder for Televisa, to be launched next October 5th.”Pasión y Poder is a very ambitious and big story. It has a strong and complex plot, and was adapted by Ximena Suárez. It is a bold story, we have risen the tone quite a bit, we are a little suggestive regarding sensuousness, conflicts and language”, he explained”.As for the differences with the version produced in 1988, he stated that there was a modernization and tropicalization, “where we managed to gather the actors Fernando Colunga, Jorge Salinas and Susana González in the main roles. We will be on the air on October 5th, after a few weeks of shooting on in locations and studios”.Finally, regarding his production company Entrelíneas, he highlighted that they already have written series, as well as four telenovelas, two of which are placed in Televisa; while in film, they already have five finished works and two more in development.
