Estelares Vme introduces the four-part miniseries, El Pacto to audiences beginning on Monday, October 8 at 9pm (ET/PT). In a private girls high school, seven students refuse to take part in gym class and their secret is revealed. They have all made a pact to get pregnant at the same time and they have succeeded. The girls, Rebecca, Hannah, Mary, Merche, Vivi, Bea and Carol, create a stir in their hometown with their decision. El Pacto explores the reactions of the officials, parents, teachers, and the media, as they seek to discover the motivations of the teen moms-to-be and follows the students as they live through the intense scrutiny their pact has created. El Pacto was directed by Fernando Colomo and produced by Telecinco and Videomedia. The screenplay, written by Santos Mercero, is based on the true story of a group of girls in the Boston area and was filmed in the seaside town of Marbella Spain.
