HITN: Coming soon kids’ meditation series on Edye

Erika Vogt, HITN’s director of Programming and Acquisitions, was at the Kidscreen Summit where she spent most of her time at different talks and conferences, learning about the trends of the kid’s content market. She mentioned that the event was very good, large, busy and interesting.

Vogt announced that Edye has been working for a long time on meditations series that will be released very soon. ”We are about to launch a meditation series for kids of 13 episodes or 13 meditations of 7 minutes each; we are on the final touches, and they are turning out very nice.”

She mentioned that at Kidscreen, in addition to looking for animations, they’re also interested in live action content featuring kids doing kid’s things, nothing very elaborate or scripted.

Regarding Edye’s launch in Mexico, she said: “it has been very successful, it is a territory that has given us a great welcome, we have had many partners and we have been able to work with different people.”
