The Hispanic Marketing Council (HMC) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jose Villa, President & Chief Strategy Officer of Sensis, as its new Chair. Villa brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the Hispanic market to this role.
With over 26 years of expertise in multicultural digital marketing, Villa is a recognized leader in the industry. As the founder of one of the first digital agencies focused on the Hispanic market, he has been instrumental in shaping the landscape of Hispanic marketing.
“This is definitely a full circle moment for me – when I started Sensis 26 years ago I aspired to become a member of AHAA (predecessor to HMC). I stand on the shoulders of previous Chairs Isabella Sanchez, Gonzalo Del Fa, Isaac Mizrahi with the goal of leading the Hispanic marketing industry to new heights!” said Jose.
As Chair, Villa will oversee HMC’s mission to champion authentic engagement and ensure the U.S. Latino segment receives the recognition it deserves. He will focus on fostering collaboration among industry leaders, driving industry best practices, and advocating for the unique needs and preferences of the Hispanic consumer.
