José Luis Padilla new VP and General Manager of Azteca America in Los Angeles

Azteca America appointed José Luis Padilla as VP and General Manager of its Los Angeles station, KAZA Azteca 54. He was also named Regional VP for Azteca stations on the West Coast.In his new role, Padilla will be responsible for sales, marketing, local programming and operations of KAZA, and will supervise stations KEMO San Francisco, KPDF Phoenix and KHDF Las Vegas. Prior to his post at Azteca America, Padilla worked as General Manager of CNN Latino, were he set up the West Coast commercial division. He also had a long career at Univisión, where he was Sales General Manager of the network’s Phoenix station.
