Maximiliano Kassai appointed Chief Operations Officer at DIRECTV Latin America

DIRECTV Latin America revealed that Maximiliano Kassai is Chief Operations Officer of the company since October 2018. He is responsible for the Operations area in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia, leading a team of around 5 thousand people, between DIRECTV employees and strategic agents of the company.
Kassai joined DIRECTV in 2012 as VP of Field Services and Logistics. He raised the quality of client service through the digitalization of processes, decentralization of logistics, the definition of strategic agents and the opening of operative foundations in the interior of the country.
In 2016 he also assumed the responsibility of the commercial area of DIRECTV Argentina, he created the Operations unit and integrated the Sales, Field Services, and Logistics areas, which resulted in greater efficiency and growth of the company. In 2017, he added to his positions the Operations teams in Chile, Peru, and Uruguay as Operations VP of DIRECTV Latin America – South Region, and in 2018 he assumed the operations in Ecuador and Colombia with the position of Chief Operations Officer at DIRECTV Latin America.
Kassai has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) and has an MBA from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, USA.
