Mediapro and Turner sign co-production agreement in Latin America

The companies Mediapro and Turner will work together in the production of multiplatform content in Latin America for Turner Latin America brands and sell abroad, punctually in Chile for Chilevisión, open TV channel that belongs to Turner Latin America.

“Mediapro´s contribution will be essential to specify and consolidate Turner´s new strategy for us to become a multiscreen power plant, always within our fans´ reach, not only to stock our brands in the region but for the entire TV market,” said Tomás Yankelevich, EVP and Chief Content Officer at Turner Latin America.

Javier Méndez, responsible for Contents at Mediapro, added: “We are very happy for their trust in us for the creation of high-quality contents that Turner will rise to the highest level of exhibition and excellence.”

The agreement will last five years and has a US$10 million support.
