New season of professional boxing series A Puño Limpio to air in U.S. exclusively on WAPA América

WAPA Television renewed rights to air the new season of the professional boxing series, A Puño Limpio, featuring regional champions and up-and-comers. The series will air exclusively in the U.S. on WAPA America, the station’s cable network arm seen in more than 5.2 million homes on all major cable, satellite and telco providers across the country.The 2012 season kicks off on Friday, February 3, with a highly anticipated event broadcasting from San Sebastian, Puerto Rico. The series will air on the first Friday night of each month at 10pm.The first event of the series will feature four of Puerto Rico’s top prospects—McJoe Arroyo, McWilliams Arroyo, Jonathan “Bomba” González and Luis Joel González.“We’re committed to providing the best sporting events in Puerto Rico for our U.S. viewers, and are proud to highlight the top boxing talent in Puerto Rico and Latin America,” said José E.
