Kids’ Planet (52x25’)

Sabbatical Entertainment announced the sale of Kids’ Planet (52×25’), an informative and entertaining E/I series, to Univision Networks.

Kids’ Planet was created, developed and produced by Sabbatical Entertainment. The series teaches children about good values, how to make smart choices, and appreciate different cultures. Nova, a whimsical young girl, enlightens viewers and takes them on an adventure to explore the world around them. The series reinforces the etiquette and customs learned at school and at home in a fun, imaginative and innovative way.

Kids’ Planet continues the successful run in the educational/informational programming genre for Miguel Somoza, CEO of Sabbatical Entertainment. Kids’ Planet is one of three E/I series that he is executive producing for Univision Networks.

“I have three kids, and aside from being the most important thing in my life, they are the coolest people I know. I learned more from them than from anyone else. Creating a show based on the way they speak to me, play with me, and share their ideas is something that happened naturally, and is so rewarding,” commented Somoza.

“Sabbatical Entertainment is the perfect partner to produce educational content that instills values to the youngest members of the family,” expressed Andrés Mendoza, VP Programming & Acquisition at Univision.
