SUR LLC launches new channel estudio5 in the U.S.

SUR LLC announced the opening of a new window with the premiere of estudio5 this May 1st. estudio5 is a premium channel aimed at a more demanding audience in terms of content variety and quality.SUR LLC, creator of Canal SUR, SUR Perú, TV Venezuela and Mexico TV, with estudio5 is promising to captivate the audience with a run of series, movies and documentaries produced on five continents and spoken or subtitled in Spanish. Programming includes titles that have won international awards such as Historias de Diván and TV x La Inclusión (Argentina).Others titles included in estudio5’ schedules are Historias de Cárcel (Uruguay), Historias Detrás de la Muerte (Peru), La Fuga (Spain), Signora Delle Camelie (Italy), Un Príncipe para Corina (Spain); Más que Coches GT (Spain), Cicatrices (Mexico) and El Libro de Piedra (Mexico). Through its channel 420 on DIRECTV, estudio5 will also broadcast live games of the Mexican Ascenso League in honor of the enormous Mexican fan base living in US.
