Teads, the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, announced that Dani Cushion will join the company as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Cushion will lead and oversee Teads’ global marketing organization and will be responsible for driving the company’s brand strategy, communications, and go-to-market efforts, with the goal of accelerating growth and delivering meaningful results for advertisers, agencies, and publishers worldwide.
Cushion brings a strong track record of building and scaling marketing organizations for high-growth technology companies. Most recently, she served as CMO at Innovid, a leader in CTV, where she helped position the company for its acquisition by Mediaocean. Previously, she was CMO at ExecOnline and Cardlytics, where she supported the company through its successful initial public offering (IPO) and subsequent expansion as a public company. Earlier in her career, as SVP of Marketing at Millennial Media, Cushion played a key role in the company’s IPO, global expansion, and eventual acquisition by AOL/Verizon Media. Her experience also includes roles at SiriusXM, ISL, Millsport/The Marketing Arm (Omnicom), and Major League Soccer, and she is a frequent speaker at high-profile events such as CES, Cannes Lions, Advertising Week New York, Fortune Brainstorm Tech, and the MMA CMO & CEO Summit.
