A Reír con Miguel y Raymond among the nominees
Telemicro and Telemicro Internacional present Premios Soberano, an important entertainment awards in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean. The awards program takes place on April 9, and will air live from the main ballroom of the National Theater Eduardo Brito on Telemicro Internacional via satellite for all Dominicans who live outside their home country. Coverage of the events red carpet arrivals begin at 7pm with the awards ceremony kicking off at 8pm.The pinnacle of the evening is the presentation of the El Gran Soberano, the highest award of the event (formerly called El Soberano) which recognizes the hard work, dedication and perseverance of artists. Among this years nominees are Telemicros own programs and presenters, including: A Reír con Miguel y Raymond and Boca de Piano, both nominated in the Comedy Show category; Michael Miguel, nominated in the TV Presenter category; and Zone 5, nominated in the Investigative Program cateogory.Telemicro Internacional is available through Comcast Xfinity, Time Warner Cable, Cablevision iO en Español (channel 234), RCN, Verizon FiOS (channel 1513), and San Bruno Municipal Cable TV (channel 621), among others.
