Nissan North America names The Allen Lewis Agency as Multicultural PR AOR

The Allen Lewis Agency (TALA), based in Detroit, will handle all Nissan North America’s multicultural public relations in the U.S. TALA is an Afro-American company led by women, that will focus on approaching Afro-American, Asian and Hispanic media and influencers. They will also be responsible for developing Nissan’s public relation strategies and activations around the LGTBQ community and the female audience.”TALA brings together a team of seasoned professionals with unmatched multicultural communications and marketing experience” says Kristina Adamski, Director, Nissan Group Communications. “We look forward to collaborating with TALA to continue reaching multicultural, LGBTQ and women’s markets.”The TALA team for Nissan will be led by the founders of the agency, Jocelyn K. Allen and Chandra S. Lewis, former automobile industry executives. “Each member of this team was chosen for their expertise and reputation in multicultural and diverse markets and also for their comprehension of the automobile industry” stated Allen, who has 20 years of experience in communications. “We are committed to telling the stories of Nissan’s great people, products and programs and helping cultivate a new audience of Nissan enthusiasts.”The auto company will maintain its relation with the Calvin Fleming consultant to complement its efforts with the LGBTQ community.
