According to Fuerza’s VP/Creative Director Alex Duplan, agencies are increasingly betting on being more inclusive in terms of diversity. “The agencies´ task, even in finding efficient selling points for clients, is to truly understand this market by being much more inclusive and much more diverse,” he said. To achieve real change, Duplan noted that the steps to be taken are simple: agencies must hire people who understand the market, can contribute ideas, are familiar with the target audience and are capable of reaching out towards everyone.
