
Mas Ros Media is celebrating its third anniversary by building a multiplatform operation focused on the development, production, distribution, and expansion of premium content, combining storytelling with a strategic vision aimed at the convergence of entertainment, technology, and new digital audiences.
MILESTONES: OPERATION TRIUNFO AND 20 ORIGINAL FORMATS
Among the most important milestones of these three years is, together with its partners at Reset TV the completion of the second season of Operación Triunfo for Amazon Prime Video España, becoming the first daily reality show (Tuesday through Sunday, with live gala shows on Mondays) programmed within a streaming platform, achieving strong audience figures.
The format will soon launch through the screens and platforms of NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises in the United States, along with five new international territories that will be announced shortly.
In addition to Operación Triunfo, the company currently has more than twenty original formats and international adaptations in different stages of development, production, and global expansion.
As part of its future vision, Mas Ros Media has also begun strategically expanding into the technology sector, making investments and participating in initiatives related to artificial intelligence, creative automation tools, interactive ecosystems, and companies focused on the future of communication, entertainment, and new digital experiences.
As part of this evolution, the company is actively working with Twitch and YouTube on the development and launch of a new line of short-form fiction content specially designed for new generations of digital consumers. These projects, made up of episodes approximately five minutes long, will combine cinematic storytelling, fast-paced narratives, and highly consumable formats tailored to today’s multiplatform ecosystem.
The company is also celebrating, together with FC Barcelona, the launch of Barça Games, the first global gaming platform powered by a football club, as well as the development and creation of more than twenty vertical series inspired by the gaming universe and new multiplatform narratives aimed at emerging generations.
In the area of international distribution, Mas Ros Media continues its global expansion with the Colombian series Estado de Fuga, produced by AG Studios. The series, which has won multiple awards and recognitions for its production quality, is currently available in Latin America, the United States, and Canada through Netflix and other international platforms in Europe, Asia, and Africa that will be announced soon.
The company is also participating alongside NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises in the production of the fourth season of La Reina del Sur, the franchise inspired by the work of Arturo Pérez-Reverte, winner of multiple awards and recognitions, including an Emmy Award, whose production has just begun.
Within its original fiction slate, another standout project is Gallegos (working title), a period series set between the 1960s and 1970s, filled with intrigue, tension, and unexpected twists. The production, made up of eight fully written episodes by Spanish writers Juan Carlos Cueto and Rocío Martinez Llanos, will be filmed between Spain and Venezuela, showcasing some of the most iconic landscapes and cities in both territories.
Finally, the company is moving forward in the final development stage of Mirkin (working title), an international series that will be filmed between Argentina, Spain, Dubai, Switzerland, and Miami, with its global platform set to be announced in the coming months.
