Ever since he took his first steps in the industry, Barciela has worked in all the filming departments, throughout his professional career. His performance has been recognized with prestigious awards such as: Cannes, CLIO, FIAP, London Festival, San Sebastian, Advertising Age/AHAA Awards, ADDY Awards, New York Festival, Mercurio Awards, among others. He currently is the head of Broadcast Production at Grupo Gallegos.With this solid background, this professional gets to the jury of FIAP to evaluate the projects under the Audiovisual Production Techniques category.”The FIAP is one of the most renowned festivals in Latin America, therefore, it is a benchmark of the best creative work of that region” Barciela commented to PRODU.Barciela takes into account just so many elements when evaluating an audiovisual presentation. Nevertheless, to him it is important and essential that the production is conceived in an original way, as well as creative and with high quality standards. “A production may kill an idea or take it to another level. Beyond the resources allocated to it, criteria and taste used make the whole difference” he added. Besides, Barciela assured that the Latino market has developed a lot since it started, with ups and downs in the creative field, but with huge growth in every sense.
