María "Cristy" Marrero de Meredith ha sido promovida y asumirá la dirección de Ser Padres

The leading media and marketing company that serves more than 100 million women in North America, announced last Wednesday, 5th that Maria “Cristy” Marrero has been promoted to head of Meredith’s Hispanic media content.Marrero, who will continue at the Meredith’s office in New York, began her career as a reporter for Caras in Puerto Rico; and as a fashion and beauty editor of Vanity Fair magazine, where she wrote reports and articles related to celebrities like Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias and Shakira.Today, she has become an expert in lifestyle and issues related to women, she is also a contributor to the Today Show, Univision, Telemundo, CNN, and others.”Cristy has done an excellent job expanding the brand Siempre Mujer through a mixture of strong content, large associations and diligent media outreach,” Carey Witmer, executive VP and president of Meredith Parents Network, said.In this new role, Marrero will assume the leadership of Ser Padres magazine and will continue to lead Siempre Mujer, a position she has held since 2008.
