Misas will be responsible for leading the creative and development efforts of Sonys Latin America and US Hispanic Production division
Camila Misas is the new Creative VP of Sony Pictures Television (SPT), reporting to Angélica Guerra, senior vice president and managing director, production, Latin America and U.S. Hispanic, in Miami. Graduated in Literature from Universidad Javeriana in Colombia, with a Masters Degree in Communications from Goldsmiths College, London University, Misas has more than 12 years of experience in the television industry. She has served as telenovela script writer, content manager, creative director, and in the last years she served as Development and Acquisitions Director in Teleset, Colombia. From her new position, Misas will be responsible for leading the creative and development efforts of Sonys Latin America and US Hispanic Production division and ensuring the success of Sony as a leading provider of quality Spanish language programming.
