Canal Once: La Malinche is our biggest bet in fiction to close 2018

Canal Once is in the final production stage of the series La Malinche, produced by Patricia Arriaga which will be on the air at the end of this year; additionally, they will launch the first season of Planeta Burbujas (13×13’) on Once Niños.

“La Malinche is one of the most appealing characters, and the series –produced by Patricia Arriaga- will be well received, we are certain. This, as well as the project Niñas Promedio, in collaboration with the Secretaria de Educación Pública (SEP) on the rising rates of teenage pregnancies, will be on the air throughout the second semester of the year,” commented Mayolo Reyes, Strategy and Development director at Canal Once.

He highlighted that the 50th anniversary of the Tlatelolco 1968 student massacre will be commemorated in October, therefore, they are already producing content related to this topic, all presented in magazine programs.

He announced that the second season of Yo Soy Yo, series focused on youth, with the aim to prevent discrimination and bullying.
