Discovery en Español presents La Semana del Tiburón starting Sunday June 26th

La Semana del Tiburón returns to Discovery en Español on Sunday, June 26th at 7pm and air through Saturday, July 2nd featuring new research from Mexico, Florida and Costa Rica.On its 28th anniversary, La Semana del Tiburón brings an entire week of premieres about the ocean´s predator with new stories like Tiburones en la Costa (Shark Trek) that shows the SharkCam heading to Florida to investigate the invasion of massive sharks along the state’s coastline. Some of the other specials of La Semana del Tiburón (#semanadeltiburon) are: El Gran Mako, along the Gulf of Mexico a series of large Mako sharks have been spotted, one in particular said to be more than 15 feet long. Also, La Isla del Gran Tiburón Blanco from Guadalupe Island in Mexico; and Tiburón de la Selva, which shows the Serena River in the jungle of Costa Rica, where there are reports of bull sharks coexisting with crocodiles.
