The documentary Pancho Villa: Se Busca Vivo o Muerto (60’), co-production between Discovery Networks and Televisa, will be aired on the latter in November for open TV, after having as a first screen pay TV and the Blim platform, said Michela Giorelli, VP for Production and Development at Discovery Networks Latin America/US Hispanic.
The executive explained that they will continue making co-productions in Latin America, region where they already have more than 270 hours of original production, in alliance with networks like Caracol, that is about to launch two specials, one on illegal animal trafficking and another on violent tribunes. They are also working with Record and SBT, on new projects.
To end, she highlighted that each one of the projects they are developing has digital extensions and “we are constantly thinking about creative elements to be on those platforms and thus generate 360 content.”
