”The market is changing minute to minute. Stories change, audiences change and we are seeing that here,” were the words of Pablo Orden, founder of InJaus, En VIVO with Ríchard Izarra from MIPCOM in Cannes.

Orden reported that the market and stories change according to trends and what consumers ask for. ”First came narcos, after that Turkish content, now the trend is moving towards biblical stories. Later, it will be Russians or whoever. We always have to be there where the story is.”

”Each day I am more and more convinced that creating InJaus was essential. The foundation of all this business is a good story. For example, Romeo and Juliet is a good story that you can adapt to the present, past and future,” assured Orden.

”The Latin American market is very important and is now undergoing boom. A boom that will continue growing with the investment of big companies that come looking for our stories and our market. It is the moment to join several factors, first, to have a good story, then, look for good producers or co-producers to develop them, and lastly, to have an outlet channel,” said Orden.

At InJaus they currently have a 200-story catalog, out of which 35 are in development, and two are already in pre-production.
