The Spanish Juan Pablo Herranz launched KrolusTV, aiming to be the first FAST trading channel in Spanish. KrolusTV will kick off in beta on the DistroTV platform on August 13.
“My enthusiasm for new forms of production led me to create Miami Live Streaming, a company dedicated to adapting broadcast-quality production to new formats using remote production techniques. Always committed to excellence and innovation in the television industry, I continue to look for new opportunities to continue growing and leaving my mark on the audiovisual world,” said Herranz. He added that under that philosophy of remote production that they have applied to other clients: “I decided to set up the first FAST trading channel in Spanish. The content we deal with is global, the American stocks guide all the investments of our audience.”
Distro TV will be the first platform to deliver the channel in beta, which will have its own and third-party production about stock trading: purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies, purchase of bonds, raw materials, and investments, among other topics. “From September we returned to our original production with the entire American session to be the traders’ companion. So far this niche in TV does not have an option in Spanish,” said Herranz.
Among the leading talents of KrolusTV are the brothers José and Álvaro Basagoiti; the Spanish trader, Pablo Gil, who produces content that KrolusTV reprograms in its grid; Javier Molina, a blockchain expert with his Blockchain TV space, and Mónica Talán who has the CryptoConexión space, educational sections on cryptocurrency. They also have a daily newscast whose host is an avatar created with artificial intelligence.
Herranz explained that the broadcast on KrolusTV begins with the opening of the US Stock Exchange at 9am Eastern time until it closes at 5pm. “Many things happen, there are macroeconomic data at noon with the employment rate, to which the Stock Exchange reacts depending if it is met or not. We will be following all this minute by minute in an entertaining way, like a sports broadcast, and it is exciting.”
He emphasized that one of the main differentiating elements of the channel, which brings many followers, is that they are the only channel where Jerome Powell, chair of the US Federal Reserve, and Christine Lagarde, president of the European Central Bank, participate with simultaneous translation in Spanish. “This gives us a lot of visibility. No one offers this.”
In addition to DistroTV, there are other platforms interested in the service such as Xiaomi, LG, Roku, Samsung TV, and Pluto.
KrolusTV is also available on YouTube, with original productions and trading courses.
