Onza Américas and Palomera Group seal co-production deal, starting with a series on Carmen Salinas

Onza Américas and Palomera Group have entered a strategic agreement to co-produce fiction and entertainment projects, strengthening their content offerings for the Latin American market and the Hispanic audience in the U.S. This deal includes a first-look agreement with Onza Américas for projects developed by Palomera Group, paving the way for innovative content and business models.

Onza Américas will incorporate Palomera’s talent into future projects in development and production. This collaboration aims to leverage the renowned Hispanic talent represented by Palomera Group.

“We are thrilled to announce this agreement with a major regional player like Palomera Group. At Onza, we always strive to work with the best talent, both in front of and behind the camera. This first-look deal for all of Palomera’s audiovisual projects will bring us stories and characters of great relevance for Latin America and the U.S. in both fiction and non-fiction,” said Carlos Garde, General Manager of Onza.

To kick off the collaboration, the companies are already working on a series about the life of Mexican actress, singer, producer, and public figure Carmen Salinas. The project will reveal previously unknown details of her life and will star Adriana Barraza in the leading role.
