The One Club for Creativity has announced the first group of 25 cities that will host this year’s edition of Portfolio Night, the world’s largest advertising portfolio review event. Among them are six locations in Latin America, reinforcing the region’s growing role in nurturing the next generation of creative talent.
Established in 2003, Portfolio Night has become one of the industry’s most recognized recruitment and mentoring initiatives. The program brings together emerging creatives with leading creative directors for an evening of portfolio reviews, networking, career advice, and recruitment opportunities.
The first confirmed hosts in Latin America are:
Dates for the remaining events will be announced in the coming weeks. The complete list of participating cities worldwide is available on the Portfolio Night website.
The One Club also announced that opportunities remain open for agencies, brands, and creative organizations across Latin America interested in serving as city hosts.
Beyond the local events, Portfolio Night includes its Portfolio Night All-Stars program, a weeklong virtual experience in which each host city selects one outstanding young creative to represent its market.
The selected participants collaborate in international teams on a creative brief from a global brand while attending seminars, mentoring sessions, and recruitment activities. At the end of the program, teams present their ideas to a jury that includes representatives from the sponsoring brand. Members of the winning team receive an invitation from The One Club to travel to New York and attend Creative Week 2027.
Portfolio Night has long served as a gateway for emerging creatives entering the advertising industry, connecting aspiring copywriters, art directors, designers, creators, and technologists with hundreds of internationally recognized creative leaders.
For participating agencies and organizations, the initiative also provides a valuable recruitment platform while strengthening their visibility within both the local and global creative communities.
“Portfolio Night is the only program of its kind that gives agencies, organizations, and creative professionals a highly visible opportunity to give back to the industry by helping shape the next generation of copywriters, art directors, creators, and technologists,” said Kevin Swanepoel, CEO of The One Club for Creativity. “We’re grateful to the agencies and organizations serving as hosts, and we look forward to announcing additional locations soon.”
This year’s Portfolio Night visual identity was created by award-winning New York-based multidisciplinary artist, designer, typographer, and creative director Juan Carlos Pagan. The One Club also acknowledged Sharp Type for donating the Centra No. 1 type family and Sunday Afternoon for contributing the Cinderblock typeface in support of the initiative.
