Ignasi Elías, managing director of Shootr, explained it is a chat that easily integrates with a TV channel and digital platform applications, which allows conversation with the audience, without leaving the content, as it often occurs with second screens. “It is a very ground-breaking chat in several aspects, because it is not intrusive, since it does not interfere with the content visualization experience, and enables monetization since it partners brands with the chat, where they can advertise,” he said.

Clara Nafría, Country Manager of the company, explained that one of the options available is for the user to pay to leave his fixed message longer in the conversation thread or the channel can give the user the option of buying a product (such as a soccer player´s t-shirt, for example, and for this to happen when the player is in action in the midst of a game), as well as functionalities such as choosing to chat only with friends or with the audience of the program in general.
