THE ORIGINAL VELVET
Originally aired in 2014, Velvet spanned four seasons, portraying the glamorous world of a 1950s Spanish fashion house. The series masterfully blended romance, intrigue, family dynamics, and drama, cementing itself as an international classic.
Telemundo Studios is now reimagining the story in the vibrant fashion scene of New York City, introducing a new set of characters while preserving the essence that made the original a global phenomenon.
Velvet was created by Ramón Campos and Gema R. Neira, produced by Bambú Producciones for Atresmedia Televisión, and is internationally distributed by Beta Film GmbH.
