Telemundo: We are going to tell shorter stories with more budget

Miguel Varoni, VP and creative director at Telemundo Studios and Telemundo International Studios, expressed that good times are coming for the company, mainly with the arrival of the new seasons of Señora Acero, which he will direct in Mexico, and El Señor de los Cielos.

Varoni said that Telemundo Studios is allocating a lot of money to tell stories. “A lot of ideas, all of them big and there is a very important creative group. We are going to tell stories in a shorter format with higher budgets”.

The executive stated that he has been lucky to be in Telemundo. “I was lucky to come here, to a company that believes in me, I have been working here for so many years, thirteen years, ten as an executive. They have let me play, they have let me tell stories my way”.
