Univision Communications promoted Michael S. Mueller to senior VP of Business Development

Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) has announced Michael S. Mueller’s promotion to senior VP of Business Development effective immediately.

Mueller, who earned an MBA from Fordham University and a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University, will continue to be based at UCI’s New York City headquarters and report to Jack Randall, EVP of Business Development.

“A strategic and trusted advisor, Michael’s media advertising expertise as well as his innovative solutions approach makes him a valuable, collaborative partner to deliver full portfolio solutions and help partners grow the business,” commented Jack Randall, EVP, Business Development. “His track record demonstrates great ability to engage in complex and challenging enterprises and we are very lucky to have him be a part of the Company.”

Since joining UCI, Mueller has served as VP of Business Development for Univision Local Media. In 2017, Mueller was a key player in securing a sponsorship for UCI Live’s first-ever youth soccer tournament, Prospects Cup.

Before UCI, Mueller held various roles at Conde Nast and Hachette Filipacchi Media (HFM).
