Vme Kids launches in Puerto Rico on WIPR, Choice and Liberty Cable

Vme Kids is now available in Puerto Rico, bringing the best of Spanish-language preschool content including public television favorites.Vme Kids premiered on WIPR’s over the air channel 6.3 with cable carriage on the basic digital level of both Choice and Liberty Cable systems reaching throughout the island (Choice cable channel 44; Liberty Cablevision 70.)With Spanish TV’s largest slate of preschool programming already on air, Vme Kids is the exclusive Spanish-language home for Barney, Bob the Builder, Angelina Ballerina and Thomas & Friends. With the addition of these shows to its library of programs that include Plaza Sesamo, LazyTown and many others, Vme Kids is home to the six most popular children’s franchises in the world. Viewers of Vme Kids in Puerto Rico will also be treated to a lively, entertaining series of interstitial programming called Mundo Peque, which features young children and the hosts from Vme’s popular programs like TuBebé, Planeta Feroz, Vme Cocina, MiMascota, En Pantalla and Nota Musical showing different and easy ways for parents to engage and teach children at home.“Vme Kids provides the highest quality Spanish preschool entertainment that is rooted in educational value and can equip the youngest kids with the skills they need to be school-ready,” said Carmen M.
