Carlos Mesber, CEO, We Love Entertainment, said they are about to begin filming in Spain for the movie Malika, a co-production with Mediacrest
We Love Entertainment arrived at LA Screenings with two completed episodes of its first English-language series, Babú. It is an old idea that Carlos Mesber had for years and has now materialized under the direction of Alfredo Hueck. The first season consists of eight 40-minute episodes, with five seasons planned overall.
“Our first English-language series Babú is a unique product. We have two episodes ready for screening, spectacular strategies in place, the entire first season developed, and the second season already outlined in synopsis form,” explained the CEO of We Love Entertainment.
The company is also about to begin filming in Spain for the movie Malika, a co-production with Mediacrest.
In Los Angeles, Mesber has seen a revived market. “Hopefully it stays in this hotel; the structure they put together is really well done. This market needs to be preserved, along with everything we Latinos did here, like the telenovela fans’ party,” he said.
We Love Entertainment is also pushing its FAST channel Fama Plus. “We’re excited about Fama Plus, focused entirely on television celebrities and entertainment news. We already have distribution agreements,” Mesber added. In addition, the two-hour version of Siéntese Quien Pueda is available for international sales, as is Desiguales, which recently premiered in Panama and is already airing in El Salvador and other territories, along with Más Fuerte Que Nunca, which will also arrive in Panama.
