Sizmek announced their acquisition agreement of Rocket Fuel, leading provider of marketing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) advertising solutions for brands and global agencies. “The acquisition brings together two of the world’s most respected names in advertising technology, to create the largest independent marketing platform built for agencies and brands” said Mark Grether, Executive President of Sizmek, in a statement. Grether explained that this agreement will fuse together AI powered predictive analytics, dynamic creative and media optimization to drive true campaign performance for their valued partners and clients. According to Sizmek President, this is the next logical step in marketing optimization. “The result: advertising that is deeply personalized, highly intuitive, and AI-enabled for peak performance, redefining the boundaries of creative possibility and media execution” he added.The agreement is supposed to be closed in the third quarter of 2017.
