A chicken, named Marylú, is the star of Bravo Y&R’s new piece for para Aster Hospital. The commercial The Popping Chicken is an effort of the institution to connect with its audience.The ad shows a chicken with a big responsibility, that consists of convincing people to seek professional help in case of severe heartburn, instead of self-medicating themselves. Marylú, the chicken, delivers the message when she eats raw corn and transforms it into popcorn after digesting it, a fun analogy of this condition.The video was directed by Mário Patrocinio from Bro; animation and postproduction was under the responsibility of Nebula Animation Studios; Sérgio Duarte was in charge of sound; the Editor was André Caniços.
