ViendoMovies debuts SOMOS Films & Rodando Films’ comedy Tres Días para Reconquistarla

ViendoMovies premiered the comedy Tres Días para Reconquistarla this Saturday, the 29th, during primetime.

Produced by SOMOS Films and Rodando Films, this comedy is directed by Carlos Daniel Malavé and stars the Spanish actor Alvaro Benet (Sin Senos sí hay Paraíso, Telemundo; Mil Colmillos, HBO) and Colombians Carolina Piedrahita (Sin Senos no hay Paraíso, Telemundo), Gloria Montoya (Piedra Papel o Tijera, La Sangre y La Lluvia), and Julián Caicedo (Juanpis González) as characters G and C. Romantic comedies are a hugely popular genre with audiences, combining very appealing narrative elements.

Tres Días para Reconquistarla tells the story of Alberto and Clara, a couple who visit a swingers resort to try to save their marriage. There, they meet a beautiful woman named Julia, who becomes the apple of discord as Clara falls in love with her. What seems like a typical adventure for such places gets complicated when Clara confesses to her husband that she also likes Julia and has had bisexual relationships before. Hurt but deeply in love, Alberto does everything possible to win back his wife, with the help of his new best friend, G, the resort’s bartender and the twin brother of his other best friend, C. Set against stunning Colombian beaches, the plot unfolds with hilarious situations and a sexy tone sure to delight audiences.

This movie joins other co-productions by SOMOS Films and Rodando Films, such as One Way (2021) and Amor en el Aire (2022). SOMOS Films focuses on partnerships with local Latin American producers, having produced films in Puerto Rico, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, and other countries in the region. Despite its relatively short trajectory, SOMOS Films has produced 15 movies in various genres.
