FIAP- Daniel Marcet of FIAP: This festival can be defined with the word “Future”

Daniel Marcet, CEO of the Ibero American Advertising Festival (FIAP) has all his cards on the festival’s 47th edition. The event opened on Wednesday 18 in Mexico City at the President Hotel with a welcome cocktail gathering jurors, speakers, special guests, media, creatives, production houses and advertisers. This time the festival is giving place to other creative industries, expecting a more diverse public than previous years. “We’ve prepared a very interesting and solid schedule of activities with not only important speakers, but also those from the entrepreneurial business through the best startups of the region: the most followed bloggers in LatAm and the presentation of the anti-inactivity movement Global Walking is Good” Marcet told PRODU. “We’ll also have a theater play featuring a brand, a media and a creative -all well-known- that will speak from the year 2036, in addition to the traditional public live evaluations, and the tribute to Google at the Hall of Fame, acknowledging its unparalleled contribution to the evolution of communications and access to information” he added. For Marcet, this festival can be defined with one word: Future. “This year’s concept is 2036 FIAP, because the idea is to set out how the communication, the relation agencies-advertisers-media and the interaction with the consumer are going to be in a future that begins precisely now” he concluded.
